Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. We cannot process return requests beyond this period.
Condition of Item:
- The bathtub must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and installation parts.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or made-to-order bathtubs, please note all natural stone bathtubs are made to order and can’t be returned.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Bathtubs that have been installed or show signs of use.
- Any item damaged due to improper handling, installation, or shipping after delivery.
Return Process
Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return.
Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions.
Shipping the Item Back: Returns must be shipped to the designated return address provided in the return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item being shipped. For international customers, any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Deductions: Refunds may be subject to restocking fees of up to 15% for non-defective returns or opened items.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your bathtub arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We encourage you to inspect the bathtub upon delivery to ensure it meets your expectations. If you notice any damage, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order details to our customer support.
We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
