Return & Refund Policy
We offer the following return and refund service to ensure that you’re 100% happy with your order.
Situations that you’re eligible for return or refund:
- You get the wrong bathtub which is significantly different from the one you’ve ordered. Please bear in mind that the size tolerance would be +/-20MM for most bathtubs, and color may vary for natural stone/wood bathtub as they are 100% natural.
- The bathtub is damaged during shipping and can’t be repaired.
- Report the issues upon the bathtub arrival(within 7 days the latest).
Situations that you’re NOT eligible for return or refund:
- The bathtub doesn’t fit for your bathroom. Please make sure you’ve measured the your bathroom carefully to ensure that you can get the bathtub inside and install.
- Customized bathtub, for example, you’ve changed the standard size/color/material of a bathtub. Please bear in mind that all natural stone bathtubs are customized.
If you’re eligible for a return or refund, please follow the steps below:
How to return the bathtub
- Check the bathtub condition once it arrives, and submit photos/videos proof if there’s anything wrong with the bathtub immediately, it should be done with 7 days upon arrival the latest.
- We’ll then discuss with you to return/replace/refund for your order.
Time estimate for return/replace/refund:
- Money will be refunded to you with 7 days upon your proof is confirmed.
- Once our agent comes to collect the bathtub, the return process is finished.
- Replacement would take the same time for your previous order.
